We understand that being away from social media completely if you use it for business may not be an option. We will offer guidance on minimal intentional use, still retraining your habits as we go, but not limit your choices. We advocate for carving out intentional time away from your phone and full time away from general scrolling as a distraction.
The live sessions are to be in community and connection, and allow group reflection. We will offer recordings in case you need to miss one.
Any type of habit shift can be uncomfortable at first and require a certain amount of discipline. The point of the program is to offer tools and community support to inspire you to get through the month and create new healthy habits while reflecting on what changes for you. The hope is you walk away empowered to take control of your digital life and make it work for you.
We understand it is tough times for many. We want you to be part of our community so we are offering an honor system of "pay what you can" as an option. The proceeds support further programs and offerings to foster community well-being.
