The Boredom Movement is dedicated to fostering a cultural shift away from the attention economy by promoting intentional moments of boredom and digital detox. Through community engagement, education, and experiential programs, we empower individuals to rediscover their creativity, enhance their mental health, and build meaningful, embodied connections with the world. Our mission is to create spaces—both physical and mental—where people can slow down, think deeply, and live more mindfully in harmony with nature.
